Scholarship Claim Form
1. Can't log on to the portal
The claim form is only available under the beneficiary number, not the membership number. Please double check the number you are using to log in to the portal. In this instance, it is the beneficiary number allocated to the student for whom you are making the claim. (not your member number). This number can be found in the original email that was sent.
2. Unable to register as a first-time user
Please ask the student to contact Futurity (formerly known as ASG) on 131 274 to double check the details in the portal are correct, they may need to send us some documents via email to validate their identity and assist us in correcting any differences there may be on the membership.
3. Can my payment be processed earlier than the end of February?
Unfortunately, no. All payments are processed as per the date on the invitation received. Usually, the first payments commence towards the end of February. Please note: those with a Supplementary Education Program, Scholarship payments commence by the end of March.
4. Haven’t received my payment yet
Please ensure the bank account details you provided are still current and correct on your membership. You can log onto your portal to check and if required, update your bank account number. If you are unsure how to do this or require assistance, please call 131 274 and our team will help you over the phone.
Telegraphic transfers take a little longer to process, as this is a bank-to-bank process and some banks take longer than others. Please allow 10-15 days after submitting the claim form after the end of February.
5. My child is commencing tertiary studies and I haven’t received the claim form
Please check your junk or spam folder; the email may have gone there.
If you have changed your email address from the previous year, please call us on 131 274 and our team member will generate a manual invitation for you or assist you over the phone to locate the claim form.
