ASG Online Enrolment

This tool will assist you with enrolling into ASG’s Pathway Education Fund. To be eligible to apply, you will need to apply as an individual or joint owner (with up to 2 joint members), be 16 years or older, and be an Australian resident and/or be available to be identified in Australia.

If you wish to enrol with more than 2 joint members, please contact ASG on 131 ASG (131 274) or complete a paper application attached to the Product Disclosure Statement. We currently do not accept applications from companies or trusts.
You can save your application at any time and, if you leave any page inactive, your application will time out. However you can resume your online application via a link which we will send you via email to allow you to continue your saved application.
The Pathway Education fund is the only fund available currently through the online service. Should you like to understand more or enrol into one of our other funds, please either create an enquiry or call 131 ASG (131 274) to speak with an ASG representative.

PLEASE NOTE: this online enrolment process is for new members joining ASG. If you are an existing member and would like to enrol into ASG’s Pathway Education Fund, please either create an enquiry or call 131 ASG (131 274) to speak with an ASG representative.

How we protect your privacy?

Online Identity Verification

In order to process your Pathway Education Fund application, ASG is required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act to collect certain information from you to verify your identity. This will involve obtaining your name, date of birth and residential address, and may require the use of official government documents such as your driver’s licence and/or Australian passport. ASG, through a third party identity verification provider, will attempt to match your details against records held by relevant government agencies or a credit reporting agency. This is done online during this application process and the provider is required to comply with certain strict privacy obligations in relation to the personal information obtained and used for this purpose.

If you do not wish to conduct your identification check online, we recommend that you do not proceed with your application here. Please either create an enquiry by clicking here or call 131 ASG (131 274) to speak with an ASG representative to process your application and you can mail certified copies of any forms of identification required.

In either case, ASG can confirm that we will only use the information from the government agency or credit reporting agency for the purpose of verifying your identity and that we will not be obtaining additional personal or credit information during this process.
